This week Jonas and Fredrik was in Skien, Norway to kick-off an execute program with a client. The program will train 40 leaders in the cornerstones of a Lean Operations System. The purpose of this program is to strengthen the knowledge and skills of management to perform and empower continuous improvements. It will give the managers a toolbox, better understanding of what the managements role is and what behavior is needed.

What set this program apart from others is that theory is combined with practical application of the learning in your operations by running improvement projects during the training. This gives an opportunity to practice in real life and create improvements and benefits already during the training.
