Terje has more than 30 years experience as manager in Norwegian organisations and companies. Since 2011 he has been engaged in the development and transmission of Lean learning programs. As of 2013 he was CEO in The National Centre of Continuing Education (NEVU). When NEVU was merged into C2U Group in 2016, he continued on as a Manager.
He has previously been chief editor for several professional journals and field manager in Den Norske Fagpresses Forening (The Norwegian Trade Press Union).
