Broad experience in organising and setting up logistical processes and shop floor management, as a manager and consultant. 

 

Worked with operational change and improvement across different segments of the supply chain in Posten Norge for 7 years, with projects throughout Scandinavia. Managed fulfillment operation at Oda warehouse with ca 150 FTE, achieving an 50% efficiency increase over time. Lead consultant in several turnaround projects and initial production design and setup projects.

Co-founder and COO at the norwegian tech and logistics startup Wanda for last three years, designing, setting up and managing circular economy warehouse and transportation processes in Norway and Sweden.
