Kajsa was one of the key people in highlighting and starting an application of Lean Construction within NCC after completing her doctorate in 2009 and has since then continued to develop Lean within NCC and the Swedish construction sector. Kajsa is unique with her solid knowledge and experience from development of construction production in the business world in parallel with academic work in the form of research, supervision and teaching.
