Christer has extensive experience of running change and improvement projects in a number of industries. By using the right methods and tools adapted to the customer’s needs, it is ensured that the project can be carried out with the required results. Christer likes to work with companies in difficulty and turn-arounds.
The most recent assignment is in Vattenfall Vattenkraft AB, where a structuring of an ongoing business system project was carried out, the assignment was then transferred to business development of a maintenance organization with the help of the TPM pyramid. Another project is a turn-around of an business system company, Inport Intelligent Port Systems AB, which takes place with cost reduction methods, the introduction of a standardized working method and the development of the customer offering. Christer always works based on the customer’s needs and with the entire management organization from the CEO to the team leader.
Christer has industry experience from Saab Automobile AB, Robert Bosch AB and Autoliv. As a consultant at Intentia Sverige AB, Ohde & Co, Jmac Scandinavia AB and now C2U, projects in various areas and companies have been completed.
Christer’s special areas are business development, turn-arounds and business system projects with the use of Lean tools.
