Bjørn Eirik Bergland

Board Member

Bjørn Eirik Bergland has extensive experience of change work and HR, both from the public and private sectors. He has served in the military for more than 20 years. During these years, he actively participated in the restructuring of the armed forces, at both tactical and strategic levels, most recently in the Ministry of Defense.

Bjørn Eirik has been HR manager in Sandefjord municipality and HR Director for REC Wafer.

His specialties include HR, change work, leadership and strategy development. He is also certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and in profile analysis tool Extended DISC.

Bjørn Eirik has a master’s degree in Defense Studies from The Canadian Forces College in Toronto, Canada.
